该系列真空泵可单独使用，亦可作为增压泵、扩散泵、分子泵及钛泵的前级泵使用，设有气镇阀时，可抽送适量的可凝性气体、湿空气或气水混合气体，但介质中不能含有颗粒状固体物质。

This series of vacuum pumps can be used by themselves or as the backing pumps of the Roots pumps, diffusion pumps, molecule pumps and titanium pumps. With the adulterating-gas valve, the pumps can suck a little coagulable gas, humid air or the mixture of gas and vapor, but which can not contain particle-shaped solid matter．
