XD SERIES OF SINGLE STAGE VANE PUMPS

该泵广泛用于食品真空包装及真空成形，真空夹紧等工艺，其特点为：

1、 泵内设有自动充气隔离阀，当泵停止时，进气口隔离阀自动与被抽系统隔离，可以防止

泵油返入被抽系统。

2、 设有油雾消除器，能有效地消除在排气的油蒸气，因此不需要接管排气。

3、 运转平稳，振动小，放在水平面上即可工作，不需地脚螺栓。

4、 可用一般发动机油工作，不需真空泵油。

This kind of pumps is widely used in the vacuum-packaging for grocery, vacuum-forming

and vacuum-clamping. Its specialties are as follows:

1) In the pump, there is a valve which can charge automatically and close off the pumped

system. When the pump stops, this will work and prevent the oil from returning into the system.

2) There locates an oil-steam catcher which can efficiently clear off the oil steam

during discharging, so we don’t need the pipes connected to the outlet.

3) It works steadily and the oscillation is very small ,so it can work on the level surface

without foundation bolts.

It can work with common motor oil instead of vacuum pump oil.
