WL SERRIES OF STANDING RECIPROCATING VACUUM PUMPS (NO-OIL)

 

新型WL系列立式往复式真空泵，是原W型卧式往复式真空泵的更新换代产品，与W型泵相比，具有以下特点：

1、 由于气阀布置在汽缸盖和汽缸颈上（W型是布置在汽缸上），因而增加了汽缸冷却水的面

积，气体压缩过程近似于等温压缩，减小了功率消耗，节能10～15%，占地面积减小1/2；

2、 改善了卧式泵活塞因自重下垂磨损不均匀的缺点，使活塞、连杆等运动部件磨损减小；

3、 WL系列立式往复泵可按无油型式供货。

WL series of standing reciprocating vacuum pumps are the renewed products based on the

primeval W series of lying ones. Compared with the W series of ones, they have the specialty as follows:

1) The gas valves are installed on the cover and neck of the cylinder (the W series ones

are on the body of the cylinders), so it can increase the area of cooling water. The process of compressing gas is approximately isothermal, so it can decrease the loss of power and can save energy by 10%～15%. The area it holds can decrease by 1/2.

2) The piston of the lying reciprocating vacuum pump will go down because of the weight

of itself, so it will beworn away unsymmetrically. The WL series of ones improved this shortcoming, it can decrease the wearing away of the moving units as piston and connecting pole;

We can serve the no-oil WL series of standing reciprocating pumps.
